Core Real Estate Associate - 2-5 years PQE

The firm are consistently ranked as leaders in a wide array of legal areas and are looking for an associate to join their team in their City of London to work on a broad range of residential real estate matters.

You will need solid experience in core real estate work to include Leasehold Enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Rights of First Refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and finance and development transactions.

You will have strong technical skills, excellent academics as well as being a team player with excellent communication skills.
