You will be an established and experienced commercial solicitor who is based in, or has local connections to, either Cambridge or Bedford. You will be able to offer advice to commercial clients on contracts, agreements, IP matters, regulatory matters, company secretarial duties, and general commercial advice. The ideal individual will be able to not only take over an existing caseload, but will also have a network or a keen interest in networking, to add to that caseload and develop the local markets. The firm can offer support from other senior commercial solicitors and other departments, along with a leading local market rate salary and benefits.
