Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy local authority based in East Anglia.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive who holds a current practising certificate. Due to the nature of the role, experience within the public sector is preferred.

Duties will include:

• Advising on all aspects of commercial property including leases, licenses, acquisitions, disposals and Landlord & Tenant matters
• Dealing with disposals, involving working with partners in collaboration arrangements and overage & clawback agreements
• Drafting all appropriate legal documentation, liaising with clients, external lawyers and other professionals
• Handling cases related to Conveyancing and Right to Buys, Commercial disposals, Commercial leasehold matters, Land lord and tenant matters, Voluntary Registration

This role offers will offer between £30-£40 per hour however this is dependant on experience.
