A Conveyancing Head of Department is required for a modern and dynamic law firm located on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre. They are offering a competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience, and the opportunity to build a department of your own.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a firm which has gone from strength to strength over the last five years and are now really looking to make their mark in the area of Residential Conveyancing.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to take their career to the next level, developing and ultimately overseeing their own department with the assistance of the marketing team and Operations Manager. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a caseload of conveyancing transactions and will be technically confident in handling a variety of transactions from inception to completion. Management duties will evolve naturally in the role as your build your team and take on additional staff, and a keen sense of business acumen will be essential.
