FAMILY SOLICITOR | PRIVATE MATRIMONIAL & CHILDREN | TUNBRIDGE WELLS

A well established firm is expanding its Family team and is seeking a Family Solicitor of 5+ years PQE to join its busy practice in Tunbridge Wells.

This firm has been established for 40 + years and have a very loyal client base and strong presence in the local area. They offer great prospects of Partnership and a friendly and supportive working environment with a staff retention rate of 95% over a 2-year period. You will be working in a friendly and supportive office; part of a wider team across the firm's network of offices in the South East.

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join the team in Tunbridge Wells. You will be working on privately funded Matrimonial and Children matters, with an emphasis on Matrimonial Finance.

You will have a good technical understanding of financial proceedings, including experience in dealing with cases featuring division of business assets and company accounts. You will also have a solid understanding of savings, investments, and pensions, and be well versed in advising clients as to how these might be divided post separation.

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience plus an excellent benefits package including one of the best bonus structures around.
