Part-time Family Lawyer

Part-Time Family Lawyer - A part-time family lawyer is required by a family team to be based in Herne Bay, Kent. The part-time family lawyer may be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2-3 years post qualification experience. Ideally, the successful part-time family lawyer will be working towards or willing to join as a Resolution Member or Law Society Family Accredited affiliation. The part-time family lawyer will be required to support the family partner and manage a case load whilst a need to travel to other offices for meetings and to provide cover for other family solicitors will be required. The part-time family role is for 21 hours per week and flexibility in relation to which days or part days will apply. Salary Circa £35K pro rata £21,000.
