Job Details
Legal 500 Staffordshire firm are seeking an experience Private Client Solicitor to lead a highly regarded department and to grow the department further.
The role will be suited to a Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE and who have managed/supervised a team in the past. You will be dealing with a broad range of wills, probate, LPA, elderly care, COP, tax issues and trust matters, as well as a management a team of fee earners with duties including developing the department, coordinating the team, conducting training/appraisals of staff, and dealing with finances and budgets of the team.
You will be working for a firm that can offer a mix between high net worth clients and local clients who need a 'local solicitor'. There is a great work / life balance on offer whilst also having a high quality of work and HNW client based.
Salary will exceed £40k+ and you will also have a tremendous benefits package & bonus scheme in place. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a regionally known team and work at a progressive law firm that are continuing to grow throughout the region!
