Job Details
Conveyancing Solicitor with probate expertise is required to deal with the full range of residential conveyancing. You will be joining an established team where you will have your own busy caseload of all domestic property matters. This CQS accredited firm pride themselves on their traditional values and ensuring that clients are offered the very best legal advise. The position comes with secretarial support and offers genuine long term career opportunities.
You will be used to running your own caseload of residential conveyancing to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, enfranchisement, re-mortgage finance work. You will be used to working within a busy environment, be a team player and working independently on all matters from instruction to completion. You will also enjoy and take an active part in marketing and networking for the department and the firm. Consideration will also be given if you just have Conveyancing experience or if you just have probate experience.
