A well-established practice with a range of offices across the Norfolk region is looking for a Legal Secretary to work in its Private Client department. A legal 500 firm, the practice excels in all areas of law including private and business sectors, as well as recently expanding its services into global areas such as Europe and Dubai! With multiple accreditation's to add to its belt the firm relies heavily on its outstanding reputation and its passion for client care to drive its service forward; and provide a high-quality service for its clients.

The firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to add to its Private Client department. The ideal candidate must have experience working as a Legal Secretary to be considered for this role. A high typing speed is a must with the ideal candidate being able to accurately process information and create documents such as Wills and Deeds; as well as, being able to support fee earners with their day to day duties, take instructions where necessary, prepare court documents and assist with the running of the department. In return the firm offers an excellent salary, generous holiday scheme and working hours of 9-5, with an hour lunch. You will:-
Be a legal secretary with sound experience;
Have a friendly and confident telephone manner;
Work well under pressure;
Be able to work as part of a team;
Ideally have experience with private client work;
Possess a fast and accurate typing speed.
