Would you enjoy the challenge of leading and developing a new residential property focused office as a Conveyancing Solicitor?  

Due to company expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join one of Yorkshire and East Ridings leading law firms and head up their new office with a focus on conveyancing.

The firm’s continued success has enabled it to continue to grow and it has recently opened a new office in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Your main focus of work will be conveyancing and new build residential property work due to large investment in the area. 

In this role, you will be the stand-alone Conveyancing Solicitor in the office with full responsibility to grow and expand the office and firm throughout the East Riding Region. Your success will be viewed by the growth and expansion of this office, giving you the chance to really shine and make a name for yourself.

You will be supported by solicitors from other offices during the week. You must be confident enough to manage your own workload which will primarily involve Residential Property, Conveyancing and some Wills and Trusts work as well as continuing to network and develop new business for the office.

To benefit from this excellent opportunity, you must have at least 3 years PQE in Residential Property / Conveyancing and the desire to grow and further develop an office.
