Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Kent for an initial 3 month period.
The successful post holder will be able to hit the ground running with an existing caseload. The post holder will be responsible for handling a range of planning matters on behalf of the local authority and will be dealing with the following matters;
*Planning and highway agreements
*Planning and enforcement appeals
*Certificates of lawful development
*Drafting S.106 Agreements
Some licensing and routine prosecutions experience would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
Candidates will ideally be available on short notice as this role is to start with immediate effect. Successful candidate can benefit from some flexible working arrangements, and part time hours can be offered if necessary.
