If you have around 5 years’ PQE+ this is an excellent position for you to further progress your career into a leading and senior role as you establish yourself early within a firm that is continuing to grow to meet an increasing workload.

If you enjoy a variety of work rather than just a narrow specialism, then this position will interest you. As a commercial property solicitor, you will be challenged with a diverse caseload that includes freehold sales and purchases, development land and rural property, commercial leases and development agreements, as well as conditional sales and overages. You may also be required to support the residential team on occasion, but only in relation to high value transactions.
