Litigation Solicitor

A long standing and well established Kent firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team in Kent. This firm provides a bespoke service to clients in both their professional and personal lives and has multi office facility where there is flexibility for the role to be located.

The Dispute Resolution team covers a number of areas and the caseload will be varied with the opportunity to work on an already existing and full caseload of commercial, civil and property litigation, incorporating employment law, insolvency, and business disputes.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an experienced and supportive team with excellent opportunities to progress. There is a partner in the team moving on to become managing partner of the same firm meaning that this will be an opportunity to develop for future promotion.

Ideally you will have more than 3 years post qualified experience and be confident in running your own varied workload. The firm is a member of LawNet, the UK's leading network of independent law firms, which enables them to stay ahead of their competition through collective resources, shared knowledge and commitment to best practice.

There is a good sized team here to join and this firm is well known for providing very high quality and bespoke advice for their clients.
