Property Litigation Solicitor, West Midlands - Working closely with the partners, the progressive and well established department is looking to appoint an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to play a key role in the development of the department.

JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 3+

LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: West Midlands, Halesowen, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Shropshire, and Kidderminster)

SALARY: Dependant on experience and skills

THE ROLE:

An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor is highly sought after to join an established law firm in the West Midlands and handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters. The team is looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of files. You will as the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor is responsible for advising on asset management, possession claims, forfeiture, dilapidations, lease renewals, rights to light and rent reviews. The department itself is continuing to achieve above and beyond its potential and this will give an ambitious Solicitor the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the profile of the team and firm.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years experience in handling their own caseload of property litigation and will have a passion for this area of law. You will have an excellent career to date and be looking for a firm where you can see your career progress further. Suitable Property Litigation Solicitors will have a proven track record of acting for a diverse client base of investors, retail clients and development clients on all types of property litigation disputes. Ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have an excellent academic record along with excellent technical skills gained within a reputable law firm.
