Our client is an established law firm in West Yorkshire.

Due to recent expansion, they are looking to recruit a full time experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner based for their flagship office.

Main Responsibilities

*To manage a full case-load of fee-earning work including sales and purchases of residential
freehold and leasehold property.

*At all times exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner

*Management of secretarial and any other support staff for whom he/she are responsible.

*Working to achieve individual or departmental fee targets in line with the firm's business plan

*Participation in marketing activities, whether on a firm-wide or departmental basis.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar fee earning role. You will be dealing with estate agents, introducers and clients from instruction through to post completion, handling all elements in between.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, conscientious and thorough team player who takes pride in delivering quality work
