The role

Are you an experienced Solicitor/Legal Professional with a keen interest in Commercial Property work? If so, I have an exciting opportunity that is likely to be of interest to you. 

My client is an international, award winning firm who pride themselves on creating and delivering superb value and results and due to growth, my client is now looking for someone to join their mainstream Real Estate team.

For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to work on many high-profile office, retail, leisure, development and regeneration schemes throughout the UK and also work alongside clients on high volume portfolio transactions.

The role is based within my client’s Manchester office and offers a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.

The candidate

My client requires someone who has previous experience in dealing with Commercial Property work and taking responsibility for running some aspects of property transactions.

Ideally, you will have 2-5 years PQE, however, the PQE is a guide only and candidates with the right/relevant experience will also be considered.
