Locum Family Lawyer

A multi office practice within the Surrey and Hampshire regions are looking for a locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive who can join them to cover a period of holiday leave in August.

The family department of this regional practice provide advice on a full range of family and matrimonial matters to include:

• Separation and divorce
• Cohabitation agreements
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Civil partnerships and same sex marriages
• Separation agreements
• Matrimonial finance
• Family mediation
• Some injunctions preventing domestic violence and abuse

Candidates are likely to have over three years’ experience in handling a full family caseload and be capable of working without supervision.

Whilst secretarial support will be available, candidates are expected to be able to run their caseload autonomously.

The firm are able to offer a collaborative environment, a varied caseload, potential re-bookings and competitive hourly rates.
