Are you a corporate solicitor with at least three years PQE and considering a new role in the Edinburgh area?

This top tier, award winning corporate team has a requirement for a corporate solicitor, likely between three and six years post qualified, as they continue their expansion throughout 2017.

You will work alongside a plethora of respected and Legal 500 noted corporate Partners and associates in a team renowned for their stellar client bank.

You will take on a caseload including, but not by any means limited to, M&A, corporate governence and regulatory matters, private equity investments and commercial contracts for some of the country's most impressive high net worth organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow further into your corporate career with one of the most respected firms in the UK and beyond. With major expansion planned for later in the year the timing would be perfect for the truly ambitious corporate solicitor to join this team.
