A multi office practice based in Kent requires a locum Residential Property Lawyer to join them to cover a period of sickness.  

The firm, who have an established history in Kent and date back to the earlier 1900’s, are regarded as a leading provisional firm.

The successful candidate will handle a full residential property caseload without supervision and should be able to handle the following: Freehold and leasehold, acquisitions and disposals, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leases and lease extensions, new builds, shared ownership and some right to buy matters.

Candidates are likely to have experience in handling high volume caseloads and be accustomed to working without supervision.
