Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3+yrs PQE) looking to join one of the market leading Top 100 firms based in Manchester city centre?

This expanding national firm is expanding its clinical negligence department and looking to hire an additional experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor as part of ongoing growth. 

Your role as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be to manage a caseload of high value complex clinical negligence files including birth injury claims (including injury to both mother and baby), spinal injury claims, surgical claims, orthopaedic claims, neurological claims, fatal accident claims, delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment, and incorrect or inappropriate treatment. 

You must be an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (likely 3-5yrs PQE) with demonstrable experience in handling high value multi-track clinical negligence files. (Claimant preferred, however defendant experience also considered). You will have excellent client care and communication skills, given the particular sensitivity working with terminally ill or recently bereaved clients.
