Well-respected and accredited, the firm offers a full range of services to its clients across London and the Home Counties, having a well-earned reputation for the provision of excellent client care across the region. They are looking to add a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to add to their team.

 

THE ROLE            

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and technically proficient Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role to join our client’s well-regarded Commercial Property team. Providing support to fee earners within the department, the successful Legal Secretary will manage a varied workload to include document production, file and diary management, office administration and assisting with routine aspects of real estate transactions. Strong organisational skills, knowledge of the Land Registry, stamp duty and commercial leases and agreements together with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment are essential for the position. THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you must:                   

Be a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2-3 years experience;

Be personable, organised and driven;

Be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision;

Have excellent technical skills;

Have excellent client care and communication skills.
