An exciting opportunity has arisen to help Mind in its legal work. As well as assisting with interventions in test case litigation, you will be involved in overseeing Mind’s legal helpline service, preparing written materials and providing training on mental health law, mental capacity, community care, discrimination, human rights and judicial review, and contributing to Mind’s policy and campaigns work.

You must be a qualified solicitor or barrister entitled to hold a practising certificate and have detailed knowledge of at least two of these areas of law. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience of human rights and policy work and mental health law in relation to children and young persons.
