Private Client Solicitor - NQ

A fantastic opportunity is available to join one of the UK's Top 100 law firms as a key part of their private client team.

The team has expertise in high end tax and wealth planning, asset management and investment issues and they are now looking to appoint a NQ Solicitor into their Private Client team based in Southampton. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering excellent benefits and opportunity to develop with a growing team, therefore great opportunity to make your mark, and to progress swiftly up the career ladder!

The successful candidate will support team members in taking instructions from clients and acting on behalf of clients to bring the matter to satisfactory conclusion. You will participate in the marketing of the team, to promote the team, to maintain and develop existing client relationships, to support the team with marketing activities and to attract new clients. You will aim to achieve billing and chargeable hours targets, to control disbursements and debt.

The ideal candidate will have a Law degree or equivalent - Preferably 2:1 degree and experience in your training contract of Succession and tax. You will demonstrate good analytical and research skills; think laterally in relation to solving legal problems; Understand information and processes without the need for supervision.
