Brand New Commercial Solicitor Law Role - Legal 500 Firm London

My client a lovely and friendly Legal 500 based in the West End of London is recruiting for a commercial solicitor to add to their team of specialists.

The firm has a wide reach and have international work so you will be afforded the opportunity to work on some really great quality work. My client is very well established and has an extremely strong commercial background, in addition to being a full service firm.

My client Assistant solicitor to join our successful Commercial team with experience in the following areas:

* Intellectual Property - all aspects including trademark registrations, copyright etc.
* Commercial Contracts - including general commercial contracts for a variety of business sectors, website privacy policy, terms and conditions
* Distribution and reseller agreements
* NDA's and confidentiality agreements
* IT contracts
* Software licencing
* Data Protection
* Salary commensurate with experience, ideally 3 - 5 pqe.
