The Directorate of Legal and Compliance require a permanent,  full-time contracts officer to join its research contracts team.

The purpose of the role is to provide contractual and legal support to academic and professional services colleagues at all levels of the University hierarchy.

You will have an understanding of the legal concepts and issues which arise in any contract, as well as the ability to articulately communicate those issues when providing advice. A keen eye for detail and the ability to draft documents effectively is paramount. You will have a degree (or equivalent qualification) or relevant professional experience.
