Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

North Kent Solicitors require a residential conveyancer who can manage an existing caseload independently and develop the department further. This firm have exciting plans to expand and eventually take on the London market. They are looking for someone with fresh ideas and enthusiasm and will pay attractively for the right person.

This well reputed and successful law firm is keen to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its residential property team. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join an expanding team handling a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties.

Ideally you will have a passion for property law and be able to demonstrate a real technical understanding of all processes from beginning to completion. My client is looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and has determination to progress their career further within a forward thinking and modern practise.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to play a key role within a busy and successful department.
