New opportunity for a Solicitor with Broad Finance experience to join a market leading Firm with offices in Manchester. Joining one of the UK's leading Banking & Finance Practices, you will act for a diverse client base drawn from both Lenders and Borrowers both UK and Internationally.

As Real Estate Finance Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to act on a broad range of deals with specific focus on the Real Estate Finance market. Expect to be involved in bilateral and syndicated loan deals and the drafting and negotiating of LMA documentation for debt quantum's regularly in excess of £150m. For development, there will also be the opportunity to act on sub £20m deals where you will be able to build your client management responsibility

Applications are invited from NQ - 4 PQE, although we would be interested to hear from candidates with more experience.
