Planning Solicitor 3+ years PQE

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate upwards of 3 years PQE gained at a city, national or large regional firm with a dedicated planning practice and will have good commercial awareness particularly in respect of developer clients.

You will have significant experience advising on areas to include enforcement, listed buildings, compulsory purchase and compensation. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements and other documentation, preparing letters of objection, withe4ss statements and statutory declarations, attend inquiries and hearings as well as business development and ideally have advocacy experience.
