Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Lincolnshire – ASAP start – Temporary assignment - £30-£35ph DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well established team in Lincolnshire on a locum basis to assist with influx in workload.
Role description
The position will entail assuming responsibility for a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing files and progressing matters from initial instruction to completion. Full secretarial support will be provided. The requirement is urgent and the firm is ideally seeking an immediate starter or a Fee Earner with availability in the forthcoming weeks.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate which is negotiable and dependent on experience.
Candidate specification
The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner capable of effectively managing a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. Previous experience of autonomously handling a workload with minimal supervision would be essential.
