Are you a newly qualified or junior commercial property solicitor who would like to work for a Legal 500 firm with offices in St Albans and London? Would you like to join a dynamic real estate team of 16? 

You will be a commercial property solicitor who has just completed your training contract or is due to qualify shortly, ideally with a minimum of a 6 month seat, although a longer seat or double seat would be advantageous. You will have experience of acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, portfolio management matters, and development work. The role will see the successful commercial property solicitor act for leading local companies and national organisations on complex and high value transactions. You will have an interest in business development ideally, and should be keen on developing this.
