You will be joining the busy wills and probate team located in purpose-built offices on the outskirts of Basingstoke’s busy town centre and dealing with a caseload including Court of Protection matters and some trusts work. Although the firm might consider part-time hours to suit an exceptional candidate, this is primarily seen as a full-time role with the potential to move into a Head of Department role in the near future. You will:-
Be a 3+ years PQE solicitor or similarly experienced legal executive;
Have a good background in private client matters, preferably gained within a well-respected, preferably Legal 500, firm;
Possess excellent client care skills, with an empathetic manner and the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language;
Have good IT skills with the ability to use case management systems;
Be a great team player.
