A Residential Conveyancer is required for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established Top 200 firm in Warwickshire.  The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience.

This firm are an award-winning Top 200 practice and have impressive recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.  They operate from one large office in Warwickshire and so service local businesses as well as having clients that would rival that of National and City firms.

You will sit within an established team headed up by an experienced Partner managing a full caseload of Conveyancing matters to include buying and selling freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release.  The team is well balanced to include Solicitors, Legal Executives, Assistants and Paralegals.

They are ideally looking for a Conveyancer who has at least 3 years’ experience of dealing with all different types of residential transactions to include residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, new build and shared ownership.  It is anticipated you will focus on more complex transactions for example leasehold and new build.  Exceptional candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply if you have the required skills.

For this position, it doesn’t matter if you are a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner as long as you have the relevant experience in Residential Conveyancing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to join an award-winning law firm.
