Private Family Solicitor

Are you a Private Family Solicitor looking for a part time opportunity in the Halifax area? Are you highly skilled and capable of running your own caseload from start to completion? Our client is a really well-established, regional law firm with a strong presence in the local community. They offer a full range of legal services and are well known for providing a friendly and supportive working environment. This role would really suit a Family Solicitor, handling Private work, with a depth of experience looking to establish themselves in this practice area.

The Role:

Joining a well-established team, you will hit the ground running with your own caseload of Family files from start to completion under minimum supervision. This will cover a broad spectrum of Family matters including divorce, mediation, domestic abuse, pre-nuptials and cohabitation.

All of your work will be privately funded.

Our client is willing to be flexible as regards working hours, however, ideally you will be able to work three full days a week.

The Candidate:

For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Family work and are capable of running your own caseload from start to completion. The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.

Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
