North London

This role is based in North London with a very well regarded firm in their Residential Property Team the team have a good reputation for providing an excellent level of service to a wide range of clients. The firm is offering a fun and relaxed environment where a solicitor can benefit from a stimulating caseload of London and greater London based property matters.

The firm requires a strong Residential Property Solicitor with excellent legal skills and knowledge with the ability to manage a mixed caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision including but not limited to . Sales & Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages, New Homes & Plot Sales, Property Investment & Buy to Let, Shared Ownership, Tenancy Agreements, Right to Buy, Licences to Sub-let, Alter & Assign and Exclusivity & Lock Out Agreements.

You will have excellent communication and business development skills and an interest in Practice development. You are likely to be a ambitious 3 - 5 Years PQE solicitor.
