Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Our client is a South Yorkshire based law firm are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their successful team in Rotherham.

The vacancy has arisen due to an increase in work and referrers and you will be joining a very busy prosperous department. This is a very successful team and you are guaranteed a friendly working environment along great support.

The Role

• The conveyancing role will require the successful candidate to deal with a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish with support from a team of assistants.
• You will be capable of dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new-build work, all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties and ideally shared equity schemes.
• You will be responsible for carrying out investigation of title and completing registrations in addition to any other relevant task associated with a Conveyancing transaction.
• All candidates will also have good IT skills as well as ideally experience of working with a case management system.

The firm actively encourage applications from candidates with previous residential conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply. Paralegals, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Qualified by experience will all be considered.
