A ranked and reputable firm with offices across the south east, have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join their growing office in Luton office.

A successful applicant will be a 5 year PQE + Solicitor or a legal executive with the equivalent experience in managing Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts and Probate.

The work includes a broad mix of drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds, administering estates and advising clients in relation to probate matters, administering trusts and preparing Trust Accounts and dealing with Court of Protection applications.

The role will oversee a team based in 3 offices, with 5/6 staff. Good contacts in the local area along with networking and business development skills would be ideal in this role.

Ideally you will be STEP qualified, target driven and a self starter. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team working skills and will have experience of building and maintaining strong client relationships
