The client is a progressive top 100 law firm who are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Commercial lawyer, with a good technical background to join a growing commercial team with a focus on high value corporate transactions and quality commercial work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 1-4 year PQE solicitor with commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate Commercial team. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team. You will be involved in a broad range of work including work on all Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.

This is an excellent long-term career opportunity and the right candidate can expect excellent training, development, client contact and business development work.
