Commercial Property Legal Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Legal Executive to join the Birmingham office of a global practice and to handle the associated high calibre real estate caseload you would expect.

The successful applicant will enjoy the following:

  • Joining a team that acts for a wide range of corporate occupiers including a large number of household name clients
  • Handling a varied commercial property caseload to include the full ambit of real estate matters from HQ relocations through to routine estate management transactions such as lease licences and renewals and freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Being an important member of the firm's client service team, managing your own caseload and playing a key role in major projects
  • Providing real estate support to the corporate and banking teams
  • Managing more junior team members
  • Continual support and training throughout your career as required

It is envisaged that this role would suit an enthusiastic Commercial Property Legal Executive who has strong technical skills and who has gained relevant experience within a real estate team.
