Multi-accredited firm requires a Legal Secretary for their Conveyancing department located within easy reach of central Cambridge.

The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented Legal Secretary to join our clients’ flourishing and CQS accredited Conveyancing department. Providing support to fee earners within the team, the successful Legal Secretary will handle a range of duties to include: completing legal documentation; audio typing; submitting searches; dealing with client enquiries; diary management and; routine aspects of residential property transactions.

The Candidate
You must be a Legal Secretary with strong experience gained within a reputable Residential Conveyancing department.
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be IT literate with meticulous attention to detail.
You will be able to handle a demanding workload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will be a team player with excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
