This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a Chambers recommended, Top 200 Law firm in the Pensions team at their office in Reading.  The salary and benefits package on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client has offices across the South West and South East and are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many practice areas, including Pensions.  Their Pensions team is one of the largest in the South of England and they really are leaders in this field.

The successful candidate will be involved in contentious and non-contentious matters advising employers, trustees and scheme managers on a range of different Pension matters.  This will include drafting documentation, scheme advice and management, corporate support in M&A transactions, funding arrangements, compliance, professional negligence claims, ombudsman and pension scheme claims, restructuring and Union advice.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with around 0 – 6 Years PQE who have experience of Pensions Law either in a stand-along role or as part of a wider Employment role.  What is important is that you have some Pensions experience and be looking to draw on this and expand your understanding to become a Pensions expert.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a leading Top 200 firm and really progress your career in this niche area of law.
