RTA Litigator for 12 month contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a RTA Litigator to join a leading private practice in Birmingham for a 12 month contract.

Successful candidates are likely to be a Litigation Executive, Legal Executive or Solicitor with a strong litigation background gained from a personal injury background. Experience in fraud would be of benefit but is not essential.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Handling both pre-litigated and litigated matters
• Support other fee earners on complex fraud cases
• Be a point of contact for clients
• Demonstrate a requisite level of knowledge and skill in the RTA litigation and fraud sphere
• Working closely with fee earners and partners within the team

The caseloads you would be exposed to will include the following matters:

• Low velocity impact cases
• Staged claims
• Exaggerated claims
• Phantom passengers
• Organised fraud

Due to the fact the role is to start shortly, candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately.
