Position - Insolvency Solicitor
Solicitor/Lawyer/Insolvency Litigation/Corporate Recovery/Personal Recovery/Property Insolvency/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join a prominent London based law firm. The firm have a thriving Insolvency practice that caters to both Corporate clients and Individuals. Due to a steady increase in the amount of business coming into this part of the practice they are now looking to bring in an experienced Solicitor. As such the firm are looking for a qualified lawyer with a background in running their own caseload of Insolvency cases with experience working both with individuals and corporate clients. Ideally the firm would be looking for an experienced business development professional that would also have a following of clients. This position prevents a great opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to join a firm that has a broad mix of both corporate clients and private individuals, in an established London based Insolvency legal practice. Due to the nature of the position and the firm's plans to grow the department over the medium and long term, there are terrific opportunities for career progression.


Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad base of Insolvency legal experience.
- Experience working with both corporate clients and private individuals.
- Business development experience and ideally a client following.
