Our client a leading Legal 500 and Chambers listed firm now seek to recruit an additional member of staff to join their highly reputed private wealth department.  They are ideally seeking a Solicitor or CFILEX with 4-9 years pqe. The role will encompass all areas of private client work to include,  Wills, Lifetime tax planning, EPAs, LPAs, Court of Protection matters (deputyships, statutory wills etc), trust advice and drafting, estate administration, obtaining grant of probate/letters of administration.  The successful applicant will have a strong academic background and will ideally be STEP qualified.
