Expert Clinical Negligence Solicitor sought for leading law firm in London.

Our client is a leading Legal 500 law firm based within a significant and attractive building which is set in an enchanting position in London.  They are now seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their claimant side, providing their clients with expert advice.  They have extensive experience across the board covering all areas of medical claims and are highly client focused at the same time valuing the importance of their staff. 

Our client is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join them on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.  The work will be handling a complex and diverse caseload and the successful solicitor will undertake all aspects of clinical negligence including negotiating settlements; assessing and processing claims; attending client meetings and conferences; hearings and Counsel; liaising with and updating clients daily.  The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be actively involved with the marketing and business development side of the role, supporting other fee earners within the department and sharing knowledge as and when required.  Please contact Ryan for further information quoting reference RC26314.

You must be a Solicitor with 2-5 Years PQE.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in clinical negligence, Ophthalmology experience would be advantageous.
You will be personable with a client focused approach.
You will be able to successfully manage your own caseload and meet fee targets and deadlines.
You will be available as soon as possible for a fixed term contract.
