Contracts Advisor

Your new company

They provides market-leading Case and Matter Management software to in-house teams in the UK and abroad, supporting efficiency and productivity. Based in central Bristol, they are currently seeking a Contracts Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC maternity cover.

Your new role

Working as part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for negotiating and advising on the contracts. You will also be drafting the materials and working closely with the BD team to enter into negotiations with client procurement teams etc. to ensure a legally sound and practical contract is in place.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need strong contract negotiation skills as well as experience of dealing with Public Sector contracts. You will need to be able to work to strict deadlines and feel comfortable working under pressure. Whilst a law degree is not essential, it will be necessary for you to understand contract law and have completed similar work to this previously.
