They are now seeking to appoint a new Solicitor to their highly regarded team Property team.

This is a rare opportunity for a Residential Solicitor to join our clients' flourishing team. The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with local estate agents and external referrers is also an essential requirement for this role. Applicants with a following or strong contacts/referrals would be an advantage, but is absolutely not essential.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum 6 months' Residential Conveyancing experience in your training contract.

You must have excellent technical and interpersonal skills and be a team player and able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.

You will be motivated with a good eye for detail and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
