A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a top Legal 500 Law Firm based in their Buckingham Office.

This Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner role will be working as part of a sizeable Conveyancing Department in a traditional Law Firm. The firm offer a professional and supportive working environment.

It is essential that you have prior experience in managing a sale and purchase caseload to be considered for this vacancy. Applications from non-qualified fee earners, CLC qualified Licensed Conveyancers, ILEX qualified Conveyancers and NQ Solicitors will be considered. You must have the ability to manage a caseload of 80+ sale and purchase files, with administrative and secretarial support. Experience in the use of a case management system is essential.
Salary is around £30k but will be depending on experience.
