Fraud Fee Earner

I am now recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a Top 50 firm, leading Insurance firm within their Fraud team at their office in Birmingham.  The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

This heavyweight Insurance firm has one of the largest Fraud teams in the Country and not only acts on behalf of major Insurers but works with them to tackle organised Fraud at the source.  They take a proactive approach to tackling Fraud and as a result has won a number of awards.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims (depending on experience) as well as assisting the senior team members with more complex cases.  The work will include cases such as:

• LVI claims and minimal impact claims
• Phantom Passengers
• Exaggerated Claims
• Staged Claims
• Fraud Rings and other organised Fraud claims

Applications are invited from experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners, Paralegals, Legal Executives or Solicitors who have a keen interest in Fraud work.  Whilst Fraud experience would be beneficial it is not essential as full training will be given.  You should have the ability to work independently (although you be will supervised) as well as part of a team, be a strong communicator and have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
