The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases from start to finish.Draft and negotiate commercial leases, have a good working knowledge of landlord and tenant law be able to work independently but alongside the Partners within the department on complex transactions and build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries becoming involved in marketing and business development opportunities.
