The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their prestigious Mayfair, West End London office.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, they believe in fee earners dealing with manageable caseloads, and they charge well for the work that they do. They have an outstanding network of referral sources, a large proportion of the work that they do is for HNW individuals, dealing with high-value transactions. You will work as part of this highly-experienced team, dealing with a caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with between 2 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have had good Conveyancing experience, dealing with your own caseload
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
